Project management

Lead planning and execution of complex marketing projects, coordinating a large remote teams to deliver creative projects for clients, including website redesigns, branding, digital media, content, and photography and videography.

Strategic marketing

Lead cross-media marketing strategy, planning, and implementation for agency clients on an annual and quarterly basis.


Direct marketing strategy across owned and earned media channels, including web, newsletters, social media, paid ads, and PR. Manage media planning for paid marketing spends of $30K–$70K annually.


Craft marketing and creative briefs to deliver on key success metrics.

Digital marketing

Analyze storytelling, creative and ad performance and KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions) across digital channels (Newsletters, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, OTAs) utilizing platform insights and data aggregation tools; identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization

 

Utilize user behavior tracking tools like HotJar and native a/b testing tools within paid platforms to capture feedback, test creative performance and drive internal iteration toward stronger outcomes

OPERTATIONALEXCELLENCE

Forecast agency workload, resource allocation, and billings to ensure proper project pacing and set business development goals.


Responsible for monthly client invoicing, project billing, and accounts receivable.

Writing

Craft brand positioning statements, tone of voice guides, marketing copy, and brand stories for web, paid, earned, and owned media, collateral, and campaigns.


Direct copy briefs for writers; deliver feedback and edit copy to ensure consistent execution, voice, and core story.

Relationship
Building

Foster positive, productive, and proactive relationships with clients, external vendors, production partners, core stakeholders, and internal teams.


Lead communication with all potential and existing leads to ensure the right services and scopes of work are in place, making collaboration with TMBR productive, enjoyable, and seamless.

Scope 
Management

Write and manage scopes of work, including budget and timeline, to ensure proper fulfillment of client needs. Track against forecasted budgets and timelines to manage resources effectively.


Lead weekly status meetings for agency teams and clients to ensure proper flow of information, planning, and resource allocation.

Support and lead junior project managers to become experts in internal project management and client communication.
